Working with Boards and executives to set strategic direction and plan for the future, Lynette designs and conducts workshops to forge an agreed direction, and develops reports and Statements of Strategic Intent for Boards or CEOs.
Lynette also conducts national and other forums that bring stakeholder groups together to develop a shared approach to complex issues.
Building leadership capability
Lynette conducts leadership development programs for executive teams and individuals in partnership with CEOs, and can also provide executive coaching, including administering a range of personal and leadership development profiles.
Board review and development
As a former facilitator with the Australian Institute of Company Directors, Lynette has a sound appreciation of contemporary governance that she brings to Board education, development and review.
